Ministry Leadership Team

The Ministry Leadership Team (MLT) at County Line Church functions as the governing body for major church decisions. The purpose of the MLT is to direct the affairs of the church and provide the servant leadership God ordained for the Church. Each member of the MLT is expected to continually seek the will of God for the overall purpose and direction of the church through study of the Bible, prayer and spiritual consultation.

MLT members are nominated by a nominating committee that is selected by the current MLT members. Once the nominating team has selected individuals they think would meet the requirements indicated in Scripture, those names are then ratified by the current MLT and then brought before the congregation for affirmation. Each member serves for a four year term, but limited to 2 consecutive terms. Each MLT member acts as a liaison to the various ministries at County Line.
